• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

Return Process

1. Announce your return: on your customer profile, choose the item you are returning with the reason for return.

2. Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Ship Your Return: Send the item back to us using the provided instructions. Please note that shipping costs of returns are covered by customers for some locations, in this case, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
